Your account and information
Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details so we can handle your order. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and let us know if you suspect unauthorized account activity. Purchases should be made by an adult who can enter into a binding agreement, or with appropriate adult authorization.
Product details and fit
Read each listing for materials, dimensions, compatibility, included items and installation instructions. Screen settings may affect how colors appear. Do not assume universal vehicle compatibility unless a listing expressly states it. Install and use accessories safely, follow vehicle guidance and do not obstruct driving controls or safety equipment.
Prices and payments
Prices use the currency shown in the store. Review your order total, shipping and applicable taxes before submitting payment. Only the payment methods available at checkout are accepted. We do not ask you to email payment card details.
Orders and availability
Submitting an order creates a request to purchase. We may need to check payment, stock, address details or suspected fraud before accepting and dispatching it. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will tell you and refund any payment collected for the unfulfilled items. If a material listing or price error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding with a correction.
Changes, delivery and returns
Need to change or cancel an order? Email us promptly so we can check its status. Processing normally takes 0–2 days, followed by an estimated 4–7 days in transit. See our Shipping Policy for details.
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving an order. Eligible refunds are processed within 5 days after the returned item is received and checked, or after we confirm that no return is needed. See Returns & Refunds for the full process.
Using this website
Use the store lawfully. Do not attempt to access other customers’ accounts, interfere with site security, upload malicious material or use misleading information. Site text, branding and original design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party materials remain the property of their owners.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. External websites and payment services have their own terms and privacy notices. We are responsible for our own store and commitments; outside links do not mean we endorse every statement made by another service.
