Returns made clear
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to start a return. Our support team will email the appropriate return warehouse address and instructions. Please do not mail returns to our registered office. Eligible refunds are processed within 5 days after the returned item is received and checked, or after we confirm that no return is needed. Your payment provider may need additional posting time.
